Tracking Your Order

  • Once dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking details.

  • You can track your order directly through the carrier’s website using the tracking number provided.

Authority to Leave

  • Couriers may offer an “Authority to Leave” option. By selecting this, you accept responsibility for the delivery once it has been left at your nominated address. Sama is not liable for lost or stolen items after delivery has been confirmed.

Delays & Issues

We do everything possible to ensure your order arrives on time. However, Sama cannot be held responsible for delays once your order is with the courier.
